ME/CFS in the Media

There are many YouTube videos, films and documentaries on the subject of Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. They all capture the essence of what it’s like to live with this illness, but there are a few that are worth mentioning :

1. What about ME (2010)- a trailer for an upcoming feature length documentary on ME/CFS expected to be released in 2012.

2. INVISIBLE (2010)- a film by Rik Carlson and Michael Thurston. This film is reviewed by Cort Johnson in his website Phoenix Rising Forums

3. Food Matters (2008)- originally created to help filmaker James Colquhoun’s father overcome ME/CFS. It’s a feature length documentary film informing you on the best choices you can make for you and your family’s health.

4. I Remember Me (2000)- biographical documentary about ME/CFS, filmed in the United States by Kim A. Snyder. Several well-known individuals are interviewed, including movie director Blake Edwards, United States Olympic soccer gold medalist Michelle Akers and prominent CFS/ME doctors Nancy Klimas and David Bell.

5. An excellent PSA (Public Service Announcement) on ME/CFS (2008)
